Skills and Employment Advisor
Your new company
You will be working as a Skills and Employment Advisor, for a Government Organisation in London, on a 2 month interim basis. The role is based at North Greenwich office will pay £187 PAYE or £211 Umbrella per day. The role is full time, Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week and will start within the next few weeks, so please only send your CV if you are available immediately, or on 1 week's notice.
Reporting to the Skills and Employment Delivery Manager, you will assist with the development and piloting of a rewarding, newly created back to work programme. This programme involves partnering with colleges and charities, to assist those who face barriers to employment, such as ex-military, ex-offenders, care leavers and people returning to work. You will work with managers and stakeholders across the organisation, to promote and encourage them to be involved in the programme, alongside keeping regular contact with those who are utilising the programme also.
What you'll need to succeed
Candidates must have a passion for employability programmes, and be organised, reliable, proactive and be able to influence stakeholders. Candidates must also be available on 1 week's notice or less.
