Job Title: Account Manager (Recruitment)

Ashley Kate HR & Finance are recruiting for a Recruitment Account Manager to join an exiting business, based in their Newbury office.

As Account Manager you will be managing a long standing existing client, your role will be office based however will involve attending on-site briefings and meetings with the Hiring Managers in your business area. You will be expected to not only deal with recruitment but also build and manage relationships with clients.

Working for this company no two days will be the same as they do recruitment for all positions for their clients. (HR, Finance, IT etc)

Requirements:

·Account Management experience within an RPO or corporate 360 environment
·Proven experience in delivering against tight SLAs
·Experience in leading a team of Consultants
·Mentoring of junior team members
·Proven experience in meeting recruitment targets
