Ashley Kate are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Director for an exciting growing organisation based near Newbury. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Resourcing Director or Senior Manager that is looking for a new challenge.

The Role:
·Strategically focus on the development of the wider business
·Manage and grow the existing sales team
·Client facing role : develop existing clients to full potential and win new business
·Operational management and management of sales pipeline
·Setting of budgets and strategy in line with company goals
·Integral role to be played in setting company strategy
·The company has a real desire to open more opportunities to their UK client

Successful candidate:
*You must be ready to take ownership of a successful Brand with multiple divisions and drive its growth
*Proven track record working and delivering in a similar role - RPO or recruitment team
*Drive and hunger to take your career to the next level
*Proven track record of driving and delivering growth
*Desire to win business and lead by example
*Excellent stakeholder engagement required
*Existing Team management experience is required

Requirements:
·Advanced university/post graduate degree in an HR related field
·Experience as a Senior Resourcing Manager or Director
·Previous hands-on recruitment experience
·Experience of designing and implementing recruitment strategy
·Influencing and negotiation techniques
·Full understanding of UK employment law
