You will monitor the success of training and development interventions which will allow you to demonstrate your skills and expertise whilst helping to contribute to overall business priorities.

Your extensive and broad background across Learning, Development and Talent within a Financial Services environment and your experience of working within a hands-on learning environment will allow you to easily transition into this L&D Manager role. You will bring with you knowledge of graduate development, vendor management, budgets, leadership and exec coaching as well an understanding of e-learning.
