HR Systems Administrator

Eyzon are excited to be exclusively supporting a forward-thinking business in West Yorkshire.

Due to the expansion and some acquisitions they require strengthening through the contribution of a dedicated HR Systems Administrator.

  • To manage the administration of the Cascade HR system in place across the business.
  • Support with the training and roll out of the new system.
  • To develop and build automated workflows within the Cascade HR system to reduce routine workloads across the organisation.
  • To continuously investigate additional modules available within the Cascade HR system, assess and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in our processes.
  • To identify opportunities to progress to electronic personnel files, contained and managed within the Cascade HR system with automated GDPR protections in place.
  • To understand process differences across the various assets and proactively work to integrate where possible.
  • To manage the administration of personal development and performance feedback systems producing management information.
  • To design and map the HR S drive to make useful information identifiable and accessible and ensure retained information complies with GDPR requirements.
  • To support the Head of OD as required to deliver services to employees across the group whilst reducing any time/cost impact of compliance/best practice.  Provide administrative support to talent and succession management and the development of behaviours in line with our cultural values.
  • To support the Head of Pay & Benefits with the development and communication of new or changed policies and procedures and roll out of bonus/pay award related information whilst supporting progression to full benefit statements.
  • To support the HR Business Partner in people interactions such as training, development, discipline, grievance, GDPR SARs etc.
  • To undertake general HR administration, support the People Strategy / action plans, SAP inputs and administration, managing HR data and developing reports / KPIs to present as Management Information.
  • To undertake office management responsibilities for the Yorkshire office including contract and budget management, co-ordinating team members and supporting travel arrangements for senior employees.
