Network HR have been appointed on a retained basis by a preeminent future and options commodity broker to hire a Chicago based HR Business Partner for the US, as they embark on a period of expansion and change. This is a fantastic time to be joining this company that are on an upward growth trajectory after recently acquiring a new business. This will present some fantastic opportunities in terms of professional and personal development.
Primarily focused on the relationships of Senior Brokers and the wider business (Chicago and New York) the HR Business Partner will be hands on in fulfilling the businesses HR needs as well as building senior stakeholder relationships and driving business strategy across the US. You will report into the Global HR Director who is UK based but will have dotted lines to the Senior leadership team across the US.
The successful individual will ideally come from a Financial services or regulated background and be able to adopt the approach of what best practice looks like. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to an eclectic style of stakeholder management whilst being able to make robust yet effective changes. Being based in Chicago you will have two direct reports who both require personal development and exposure to a regulated department. This will include support with; policy/procedure, payroll and the employee lifecycle.
