Page Personnel are working with a leading, global legal firm based in Leeds City Centre who are actively seeking a HR Administrator to add value to their HR function.

This role will provide essential transactional support to the HR function and wider business which will include business visits to their London HQ office.

Description

In a fast-paced and varied HR Administrator position based in Leeds, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Completing all administration and tasks related to the employee lifecycle
  • Completing all administration and tasks related to staff changes, including: paternity leave, maternity leave, secondment, sick leave and other absences
  • Liaising with Payroll and adhering to payroll deadlines in relation to all employee-related transactions
  • Ensuring that HR system, Holiday and Absence Tracking System and Firm's Intranet Directory are kept up to date
  • Regular attendance and participation at both one to one meetings and full team meetings as required
