HR Advisor Coordinator job

Your new company

Your new company is a renowned multi-site charitable organisation, easily accessible from Blackburn, Burnley and surrounding areas with a focus on the value they bring to the wider community. They are now looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis across 26 hours with the possibility of rising to 28.

Your new role

Your new job will be predominantly focused around the management of a case register, including disciplinaries, grievances, capability, absence management using First Care system, coaching and mentoring and other ad hoc duties. You will be the 1st point of contact for all HR queries for the Lancashire and Yorkshire area, and while the majority of your cases may be resolved remotely, there may be some travel on occasion. You will be note-taking and participating in appeals, compliance and oversee the full remit of recruitment and on-boarding.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will be a established HR professional with demonstrable experience working in a similar capacity within a HR function. You will have a flexible approach to work, ideally with some knowledge of systems and confident with basic maths. You will be skilled in employee relations, confident in caseload management and able to hit the ground running.

What you'll get in return

The client is offering a competitive salary depending on experience, flexible and part-time hours - will consider a four day week, auto-enrolment pension, and 25 holidays plus 8 bank holidays pro rata which will increase on service.
