Page Personnel are working with a leading industrial firm in Harrogate who are actively seeking an Internal Recruitment Lead to add value to their HR function

This is a start up position with the successful candidate being responsible for running recruitment campaigns along with implementing new recruitment strategies and policies throughout the business

Description

In a fast-paced, high-volume Internal Recruitment Lead role based in Harrogate, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Conducting scoping meetings with recruiting managers to agree suitable job specifications and to agree a strategy for recruitment
  • Supporting the HR Manager with the recruitment and onboarding of all positions from entry-level to board-level
  • Building strong working relationships with recruitment agents, briefing them on vacancies and providing a prompt response to queries on suitable candidates
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies to co-ordinate interviews, promptly providing post-interview feedback and making offers
  • Producing management information from the recruitment portal or other systems and reporting key trends or highlighting issues to relevant HR team members or the wider business

Profile

  • Proven experience of working in a busy recruitment team
  • Excellent communication skills, being able to build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders across the firm
  • Experience of working with an online recruitment management systems and social media networking sites including LinkedIn
  • Excellent organisation skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment

Job Offer
