Senior Talent Programme Manager, Central London, 90K - 100K base + benefits
I am looking for an Interim Senior Talent Manager for a 12-month FTC.
My client is industry leading consumer brand who holds their People and Talent Agenda at the heart of everything that they do. This role manages a Talent team within the CoE and has the full responsibility of the business wide Talent policies, frameworks, succession plans and programmes from Graduate to Executive level.
The successful candidate will be an expert in Talent best practice, with proven experience designing and delivering Talent Programmes across complex, matrix environments. You will be a credible communicator and business partner, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders across the business to progress the talent agenda.
Experience leading Graduate talent programmes would be highly beneficial.
