HR Business Partner - regional role

HR Business Partner - perm regional role covering the South West, up to £50k pa + car and bonus and benefits.

This is an opportunity to work with leading distributor of specialist building products in Europe. This organisation operates from trading sites across the UK and Ireland and Mainland Europe, and employs around 9000 people.

Your new role
As HR Business Partner in this HR generalist role you will be responsible for ensuring the business supported by the HR function - using a consultative approach to guide and support Managers in the achievement of business objectives. This will include projects and some case work.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be an experienced HR professional who has gravitas and credibility coupled with HR knowledge and HR expertise. Ideally, you will have worked in a blue collar environment - manufacturing, logistics, distribution etc. with a proven track record in developing and supporting business Managers. You must be willing to travel across the region - with the opportunity to work form home once or twice per week, managing your diary pragmatically according to priorities. Hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm including travel where necessary.
