Interim Internal Recruiter
Your new company
You will be working for a start up property management business, who have gone through a period of high growth and have just received further funding. They are looking to bring on an Interim Internal Recruiter whilst they recruit for an executive hire on a permanent basis.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the end to end recruitment of a variety of roles across the company's functions, predominately based in the UK but also providing support to their other territories. In scenarios in which the recruitment process is already underway, or line managers have a direct process underway, it will be your responsibility to support where possible and manage the internal stakeholders role for the wider business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need circa 3 - 5 years recruitment experience, either in agency, in house or a blend of the two. You will need exposure to recruiting a number of different functions, ideally some of which would be volume hiring, but also be open to learning the recruitment of new areas. From a personal attribute standpoint, you must be confident in operating autonomously in a reasonably stand alone position, reporting into the CEO and COO.
