Your new role
In your new role you will be a strategic partner to the IT client group. You will be influential in driving all people and organisation related programmes including performance management, talent management, succession planning, reward, engagement and change management. You will also advise on HR best practice to all members in the business unit as well as handling ER issues.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will demonstrate knowledge of contemporary HR practice, have strong consulting and change management skills, have have the ability to challenge and influence at senior leadership level.
