This job role is for an interim HR adviser/ ER advisor. You will part of a busy HR team and will be responsible for managing a high volume of ER case work. Managing disciplinary's, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and maternity/paternity from end to end. This is a customer facing role you may also get involved in a TUPE project.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience as a HR adviser or ER adviser, managing a high volume of ER case work from end to end. You will ideally have experience within the NHS or councils. You must be able to start with no more than one weeks notice.
