Job Details
Reporting to the Regional Head of Compensation, this role will have primary responsibility for the development, communication, and administration of compensation and benefits programs across Continental Europe.
The main duties include benchmarking, looking at job structures, incentive setting and working within compensation guidelines. You will also work on special projects as needed including M&A undertakings and supporting compensation governance, including effective running of the local Compensation Committee.
Other duties include analyzing local markets to determine mandatory/statutory requirements, market benefit levels and market trends as well as serving as an expert for general pension and benefits queries relating to Continental Europe locations. You will also conduct Benefit Plan and Policy reviews and make recommendations and design end to end benefit delivery to improve practices and procedures
To be successful in this role you will have proven experience of Continental Europe compensation and benefits practices from within a Financial Services environment. You will also possess sound project management skills and experience of working in matrix structure such as global teams. Advanced level Excel skills are required along with strong analytical skills.
