Job Details
Our client, an SME within the research and scientific arena are seeking to appoint an HR Manager into a newly created role.
Based south of Norwich, the role will report to the CEO and work closely with the Senior Management Team in supporting the company's growth plans. It is an exciting time to join the business where HR can have a real impact and contribute to it's ongoing success.
The role
• Establish and develop and the HR function to support the business as it grows
• Recruitment - collaborating with managers to define talent needs and actively manage the recruitment process to support them.
• Talent Development - Design and implement the company's talent acquisition strategy in line with growth plans
• Support on reward discussions and decisions, ensuring appropriate benchmarking takes place
• In collaboration with the leadership team, drive cultural development activities to promote the company's values and success
• Work closely with managers and teams to understand L&D requirements
The person
• CIPD qualified with demonstrable HR generalist experience ideally gained within a similar industry environment
• Experience of leading HR though a period of growth
• Strong knowledge of current UK Employment Law
• Collaborative working style and team spirit and thrives in working in a fast paced environment
This role would suit an HR Manager who has strong experience in HR and talent acquisition and are ready to step up to their next challenge. This is a full time position, however, there is an opportunity to work flexibly.
