Reward Analyst

An innovative global gaming and technology firm in Central London are looking to recruit a Reward Analyst. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an inspiring and creative environment, as part of a friendly and collaborative team. This role would allow you to work on exciting projects that will help to enhance and shape the reward activities and capabilities of the firm.

This newly created role reports directly into the Head of Performance and Reward, who you will support on the implementation and delivery of Reward strategy for the business. This will involve managing the administration of the annual compensation cycle, playing a key role in the salary survey submission process and supporting on job matching and levelling. You will also manage the compensation data and work closely with the HR analyst to audit the data held.

You will also have the opportunity to play a pivotal role in Reward activities, projects and initiatives such as the implementation of bonus and other variable pay plans, global benefits market review, and the flexible benefits programme implementation.

Experience of utilising an external market data source to assess competitiveness of internal compensation levels would allow you to hit the ground running in this role. You will have completed one full global compensation review process and have a good understanding of international benefit programs. Additionally advanced Excel skills and experience of utilising an HR system to administrate compensation data are a must for the successful candidate.

With every day different from the last, you will enjoy a fast-paced and varied role and the firm are paying up to £55,000 depending upon experience.
