OH Manager

Hounslow

Our client, is a major and highly successful healthcare provider. And they are looking to recruit an Occupational Health Manager to work in their West London site.

The successful candidate will be an experienced OH manager who can lead and support an OH team and deliver a high-quality service, helping to bring success to the Company.

Main duties will include.

Provide leadership and support to the onsite OH team, Work with divisional directors/managers to implement Company objectives.

 Implement and manage change, in order to meet required objectives. Develop a programme of nurse led initiatives to meet the client’s needs. Manage OH nursing resource and objectives, handle all recruiting and the undertaking of regular individual performance reviews.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will need to be a Registered General Nurse and will possess the Diploma / Degree in Occupational Health, with proven experience providing the full OH remit, strong case management skills, and experience of leading a clinical team.

Salary: £50,000 to £52,000 per annum dependent upon qualification level and experience + excellent  benefits.
