Job Title: HR Coordinator
Salary: 25k-28k
Location: Guildford
Industry Sector: Professional services
Hours: Permanent, Full time or Part time.
Permanent hours- 37 hours per week.
Part time - 22 hours per week.

Ashley Kate are currently working with a Professional services company based in Guildford , who are currently looking for a HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager on a full time, permanent basis. Or potentially someone to work on a part time job share basis.

The Role
This is a generalist role that will have a strong focus on Administration. You will support the HR Manager with all HR queries and liaise with line managers to ensure that the firm meets its obligations under legislation and case laws are met, This opportunity requires a positive and focused HR Co ordinator that is flexible and has previous experience in a professional services environment.

Key things my client is looking for:

·Generalist HR experience, providing HR advice and support
·CIPD Level 3 and above
·Experience of assisting on employee relations cases (desirable)
·Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
·Experience of recruitment campaigns and management within a Professional Services or similar environment.
·Experience dealing with Performance Management.
·Recruitment experience (desired)
·2 years experience at HR administrator level
·Experience of working within a fast paced environment
·Flexibility to travel across multiple sites from time to time.

The role:

·Build great relationships with all employees within the business
·All Administration duties.
·Assisting with the Trainee and work experience programme
·Support all recruitment activity including upcoming projects around Apprenticeships /on boarding of new staff.
·Assist on Employee Relations cases
·Undertake monthly audits
·Revising and updating HR documentsManage ad hoc HR projects
·Monthly payroll tasks
· Routine health and safety administration
