I am working with a global financial services firm on an EMEA Total reward role. This 12 month fixed term contract position will report into the EMEA Head of Reward and will be focusing on continental European regions. Your role will have a cash compensation and benefits management focus. This will include management of the annual review cycle, management of bonus and long term awards, advising on Reward policy and dealing with the annual benefits renewals and day to day enquiries.
