Temporary HR Advisor
Regional Role - Midlands Based
3 Month Contract
£30,000 - £35,000
I am looking for an immediately available HR advisor with experience within the educational sector. Reporting into a senior HR business partner you will work across several sites and have responsibility for support on operational activities as well as some key strategic projects. You will be responsible for providing specialised HR advice, guidance and coaching to school leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with recruitment managing relationships with agencies and ensuring best practice
- Assist with TUPE processes
- Look at talent pipelining within the organisation and assit with succession planning
- Support with the employee engagement survey ensuring a high completion rate and acting upon results
- Manage your own ER Case load
Requirements
- You must have previous experience within a HR position in an education environment
- Confident supporting multiple sites
- Experience managing complex ER Cases
- Experience managing change
