HR Business Partner - National Travel - Field Based

A permanent opportunity for a HR Business Partner. This is a regional position with extensive national travel and you will be required to be at the Birmingham office location each week. With this in mind if you live South Birmingham this would be an ideal role for you.

The successful candidate will need to have prior experience in a multi - site position and have strong career history as a HR generalist. The HR BP will cover a large and busy region working with two managing directors and 10 area managers.

We are looking for:

Experience in a multi-site HR role with exposure to both operational HR and strategic projects

Strong background in ER case management.

Experience managing acquisitions and client on-boarding

The ability to guide and coach senior stakeholders

A HR professional with generalist experience

Someone who is detail/data driven and enjoys this side of HR would be a good fit for this team

Experience working across multiple sites in the UK

Experience in managing HR policy and procedure and ensuring compliance is met

Talent development and training
