My client, a hospitality business that provide quirky and exciting workspaces to some of the leading business in the UK are currently seeking a L&D Business Partner! This company is one of the most creative, exciting and forward-thinking businesses in the UK.

As the L&D Business Partner you will be part of a newly formed team and have the opportunity to build the L&D plan to support their aim to make them the best on the market! Your role reports directly to the Head of L&D and you will be responsible for designing and delivering learning interventions that support the development of their talent pool. A great relationship builder and facilitator, you will support, coach and inspire teams and leaders to grow.

To support performance and talent management

To generate best practice, considering advancements in the industry whilst always maintaining culture

To deliver feedback to improve performance - role modelling culture

To deliver and constantly evaluate the onboarding process, recommending, developing and delivering improvements.

To ensure teams have access to the relevant skills training they need to perform in their role as well as constantly review and improve the training they require, as well as the tools they need.

To ensure your objectives are in line with the strategic aims of the department, and the wider business, and constantly evaluate and evolve them, where necessary

To juggle shifting and changing priorities with ease and won't let it hold you back

To facilitate team days, as well as individual coaching when required

To actively seek feedback and seize opportunities to learn and develop

To manage e-learning platform, ensuring content is evaluated and reviewed, as well as managing all admin tasks to create a seamless experience for people

To design and deliver training and development interventions to people, always considering culture, values and tone of voice

To demonstrate strong relationship building and networking skills to effectively partner with the business, and the People team

You will have experience working in L&D in an operations, multi-site hospitality or retail industry, have a confident understanding of the full training cycle - including learning needs, analysis, design, delivery and evaluation and be a skilled presenter who is comfortable and experienced at facilitating workshops and meetings.
