I am currently working with a private organisation who are based in the North East region. They are looking for an HR Advisor who feels comfortable with supporting implementation and assisting on the continuous improvements with systems. You will also get involved with ER, performance management & policy and procedures.
You will need to have experience doing end to end payroll and ensuring all HR & payroll data systems are accurate and you can help to improve these systems that are in place. Being successful within this position you will get involved with the training and development of staff coaching them on new systems across the various sites.
