Learning & Development Apprenticeship

Are you interested in working with an incredibly well established UK Law Firm? My client are offering the chance to join them doing a Learning & Development apprenticeship.

Your main responsibilities will be training administration to support the L&D team and also getting the opportunity to work on training events. Training is incredibly important for this firm and the development of it's employees so you'll need to be well organised and have the ability to liaise with a number of departments to help carry out the function.

Another interesting area of this role is your participation in projects when required, which could be surrounding topics such as training needs analysis and impact. Therefore, being proactive with brilliant attention to detail will be essential skills my client are looking for.

To be considered for this role you will need a GSCE grade C or above in Maths and English, confidence and have good communication skills, and finally be a self-starter with lots of energy and thirst to learn. If you think you're up for the challenge, please apply!
