A leading transport operator based in South East London is currently recruiting for a temporary HR administrator. This organisation is currently going through a period of change so are extremely busy. This is to join the HR team to assist with customer service and administration. You will work within a small team and will report directly into the HR team leaders.
*General administration - answering the phones, offer letters, project support
*Excellent customer service
*Work closely with the HR team leaders to ensure all administration is completed in a timely manor
*Happy to travel into Central London weekly
*Assisting with Subject Access Request (SAR), issuing new staff bus pass, pay grading project data entry, process maps
Skills and Experience
*An experienced administrator working within a busy environment
*Advanced Microsoft packages - preferably have experience with V lookups
*Ideally have an interest in HR or have recently completed a HR degree
*Can work well under pressure
*Have NO holidays booked until the end of September
