Our Leeds based client operating in the public sector is recruiting for an experienced Senior HR Advisor for 9-12 months to cover a maternity leave period.
Your new role
Working in a medium sized professional HR team this person will provide support on a range of employee relations issues such as discipline, grievance and absence management aswell as leading on a range of HR projects working alongside the Head of HR . You will ideally have your CIPD Level 5 and offer a number of years experience at Advisor/Senior Advisor level as a generalist being able to deal with escalated /complex issues and take the lead on projects such as absence management , recruitment and the development of new initiatives.
This is a busy and varied role that strives for high levels of customer service within a HR setting .
