HR Advisor - Three Month Contract
Your new company
Our public sector client is looking to hire a HR Advisor for a three month period.
Your new role
In your new role you will be working with the HR Business Partners and the HR Operations Manager. You will be providing HR support and advice to managers and senior staff including support and advice regarding organisational change and case work relating to absence, performance, grievance and disciplinary issues. You will also need to provide a comprehensive Employee Relations service.
What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified or working towards MCIPD professional qualification. You need to have significant operational experience at an HR advisory level and experience of handling grievance and disciplinary, performance management and sickness absence issues.
