Learning and Development Coordinator job based in Angel paying £25,000- £30,000 per annum.

Your new company
You will be working for a growing charity based in London surrounded by amenities and amazing restaurants and shops. This is a permanent Learning & Development (L&D) Coordinator position paying between £25,000- £30,000 per annum.

Your new role
As a L&D Coordinator you will be supporting the Head of People. The role includes you organising, coordinating and facilitating training such as room bookings, liaising with training providers and obtaining feedback. It will also include you managing and developing individual talent to support current and future organisational needs.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you should be an enthusiastic individual who is passionate about training and developing others and teams. You will preferably have some exposure to training and development. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified, be educated to degree level or equivalent have at least 3 years experience of working within L&D. Must be proficient in the use of LMS and HR systems
