I'm looking for an Interim HRBP to join a large organisation who are currently embarking on a large change period. This will be a 6 month FTC, ideally starting end July and will be a hands-on HR project focussed role where you'll need to hit the ground running.

Description

The key focus of this role is to roll your sleeves up and work on multiple HR projects and to ensure transformation people related activity is well managed. You will be required to develop plans to deliver any change proposals, ensuring the right design and that managers are well equipped to implement these changes.

Data analysis is also an important part of this role; running reports and then making recommendations and plans.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have an extensive HRBP and HR Project experience, along with a strong change background, ideally having worked operationally on key HR projects. You will be proactive in your approach, establish credibility and run with HR projects freely and have the confidence to build relationships with internal stakeholders.

You will need to be available to start this interim role in August.

Job Offer

6 month FTC paying FTE £45-50,000 pa + benefits
