Job Details
A global architectural firm is looking for an HR Assistant to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this include:
- Respond to phone queries/email queries
- Provide 1st line advice to employees where appropriate
- Undertake research as requested by the advisory team
- Coordinate weekly inductions
- Assist with the annual graduate show
- Draft contracts and agreements
- Note taking on meetings and prepare documentation
- Process employee lifecycle changes
This person will:
- Have 1-2 years in HR ideally within professional services
- Have strong initiative and have a proactive approach
- Have excellent Microsoft office skills
- Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to co-ordinate and manage people, events and data
- Be enthusiastic and resilient
- Have good time management skills
