Salary of c. £120,000 per annum plus variable bonus
JOB PURPOSE
NetworkHR are pleased to be supporting a FTSE50 organisation with the appointment of a Global Head of Compensation to join one of their largest divisions covering; America, Asia, Middle East and Europe. The role of Global Head of Compensation will see you take a particular focus on Executive level comp allocation, bespoke job evaluation processes and various M&A activity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting into the Global HR Director, if successful, you will focus purely on the global contribution and distribution of the evolving compensation framework across the organisation adopting a global remit with local delivery.
• Responsible for compensation across the business whilst heavily support the distribution and allocation of complex and high profile comp structures on a daily basis
• Thinking creatively around appropriate compensation interventions that are bespoke and will blend with operational excellence
• Providing bespoke job levelling and job evaluation processes
•
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Willingness to deliver, sometimes at a transactional level
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of emotional intelligence in order to seek out information, when required, from colleagues
• Able to show an understanding of Reward interventions across various business areas i.e. Mobility, tax, finance etc.
• Data savvy – ability to interpret data is critical to the success of this individual and prior experience using Oracle or SAP systems
• Exposure to a matrix business structure
• Global exposure is highly desirable
This role would be ideal if you have experience within Exhibitions, Events, Media, Tech or something relevant to these sectors however is not a prerequisite for the position.
