Job Details
A US law firm based in London is looking for a Professional Training & Development Advisor to join their team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Support the Senior Manager with associate skills training programmes
- Support the Senior Manager with the coordination of the associates technical training skills programmes
- Work with HR to design and implement the trainee induction programme
- Coordinate all internal and external training for trainees
- Work with the Senior Manager and various internal stakeholders to coordinate the delivery or skills training to London business support
- Take a lead on e-learning for London training programmes
- Work with the US Senior Manager of Business Support Training to coordinate firm-wide programmes
- Work with the Senior Manager on various strategic projects as required
This person will:
- Have 2-4 years' experience in an L&D role ideally within a law firm or wider professional services
- Be able to work in a team in a collaborative style and environment
- Be able to work effectively in a culturally and educationally diverse environment
- Ability to work in a firmwide team across multi-office environment
- Be degree educated (2:1+) or equivalent
