A Financial Services firm based in South West London are currently looking to hire an perm Learning and Development Manager.

You will be responsible for the delivery of an effective learning and development offering, efficient administrative support and ensure governance standards are in place

Responsbilities

Be the key point of contact for Learning and Development across the business.

Manage the policy, process and governance of learning including education support

Manage the relationship with the LMS provider

Manage the learning plans based on gathered needs across the business

Manage the centralised learning budget in agreement with line manager

Gather requirements and manage the annual mandatory training calendar - working with Compliance, Risk, Legal etc

Create, update and schedule the mandatory learning

Schedule and coordinate classroom learning as needed - schedule location, date/time, materials, and attendance.

Collaboratively work with the HRBP's and SME's to support the delivery of the agreed learning agenda

Develop online learning as required in collaboration with SME's

Develop analytic reporting for learning

Collects, compiles and prepares information ready for L&D

Business Partners/L&D Manager for areas such as attendance and training data

  • Oversees and manages the training evaluation process

  • Collaborate with L&D colleagues & HR to share best practice across the team to ensure consistency of approach.

  • Close liaison with auditors to ensure timely production of information as requested

  • Drives the Learning culture across the business

  • Creates a workable plan for the gradual adoption of digital learning

  • Creates a consistency around design principles, delivery and approach to development
