A Financial Services firm based in South West London are currently looking to hire an perm Learning and Development Manager.You will be responsible for the delivery of an effective learning and development offering, efficient administrative support and ensure governance standards are in placeResponsbilities Be the key point of contact for Learning and Development across the business. Manage the policy, process and governance of learning including education supportManage the relationship with the LMS providerManage the learning plans based on gathered needs across the businessManage the centralised learning budget in agreement with line managerGather requirements and manage the annual mandatory training calendar - working with Compliance, Risk, Legal etcCreate, update and schedule the mandatory learningSchedule and coordinate classroom learning as needed - schedule location, date/time, materials, and attendance. Collaboratively work with the HRBP's and SME's to support the delivery of the agreed learning agendaDevelop online learning as required in collaboration with SME'sDevelop analytic reporting for learningCollects, compiles and prepares information ready for L&DBusiness Partners/L&D Manager for areas such as attendance and training data
