The Learning & Development Manager will be working closely with the HR Director to run the development for this growing international business based in Milton Keynes.

My client is leader in the field of recycling waste. They operate across the UK and also internationally. They are growing the business both organically and by acquisition. UK head office is in Milton Keynes.
Description
The Learning & Development Manager will be working closely with the HR Director to develop L&D across the business. This will include running some leadership training, as well as utilising external supplies so that a comprehensive L&D programme operates. Areas that the business are interested in include leadership development and also making the most of the apprenticeship levy.
Profile
To be successful in the Learning & Development Manager role you will need a proven L&D background, ideally within a blue collar environment. This could be a progressive or sideways move as my client is always interested in developing people that joins the business. There will be nationwide and very limited international travel with the majority of the time spent in Milton Keynes. There is also the opportunity to work from home.
Job Offer
Ideally the Learning & Development Manager role will pay a competitive salary of £36,000 + £5,500 car allowance and good benefits. The business is open to being flexible on salary and could potentially flex the salary for a stand out candidate.
