HR Business Partner - Consulting
Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting a superb opportunity for an HR Business Partner to work for our client, a leading professional services firm in the City of London. The role will be a key part of the HR Business Partner team which influences, guides and manages specific client groups. A key element of this role will be to support Senior HR Business Partners and the HR Director in understanding and supporting your client group's business strategy through use of data and analytics to create business insights and recommendations. As such, it is critical that you are able to operate in a complex environment with multiple business units requiring differing approaches and outcomes. You will be able to solve problems objectively using business analysis to identify issues, patterns and relationships and make data-driven recommendations.You will work alongside senior HR colleagues to provide day to day HR Business Partnering support to the Business Area Client Group - this may include your own business group responsibility or accountability for a specific Service Line initiated HR Project.You will provide coaching and guidance to Business Area Leaders and team on HR matters aligned to the business plan and the wider firm purpose and goals.
