As the Talent Acquisition Manager you will report into the Head of HR Operations and will take full responsibility of recruitment, talent management and succession planning across the organisation. You will review and improve the recruitment process to ensure its customer focused and in line with best practice promoting equality, diversity and inclusion. You will review and develop various candidate attraction tools to include utilising all forms of social media, giving you the opportunity to be really creative and think outside the box. Working closely with your hiring managers and the HR team you will monitor and take action to improve recruitment performance providing relevant data and statistics on performance against service levels and KPIS.

This is a varied role which offers the opportunity to work operationally and strategically, making a real impact across the whole organisation. My client is looking for someone who is proactive and solutions driven with an energetic and forward thinking approach. You will need to deliver at pace and have a proven track record of managing a successful team as well as being up to date with current recruitment practices and methods.
