In-house Recruiter 9 month FTC£35,000 - £40,000Central LondonEnergy, Oil & Gas An exciting opportunity has arisen within a global energy, fuel and logistics business - due to some internal movement, the client is looking for a strong recruiter to join them for 9 months. The recruiter will be responsible for attracting the best possible talent as quickly and cost effectively as possible into the EMEA region. The role will manage the full recruitment life-cycle, and will require someone to be confident with stakeholder management. Duties will include but are not limited to: Working closely with hiring managers to understand and define their business needEnsure all job specifications are compliant with local lawDevelop a tailored process for candidate attraction, screening and interviewingIncrease awareness of the company's brandManage the candidate processProject manage recruitment campaigns in line with local employment legislationProvide guidance to hiring managers around key considerations and best practise when interviewingManage the ATS Skill/Experience: Previous recruitment experience is essentialAbility to manage senior stakeholders and build relationshipsKnowledge of employment law and complianceAbility to create a strategic and innovative recruitment/attraction processPrevious experience working within a corporate environment As this is a FTC role, you will ideally be available immediately.
