I am currently recruiting a newly created Senior HR Advisor role, working for a leading UK wide business. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role will play a key part in delivering comprehensive and effective HR generalist solutions to the business.

The role:

The role will be actively involved in the daily activities of the HR function and will take responsibility for:
• Supporting managers in the implementation of the people plan to improve performance
• Driving a high performance culture by challenging & coaching managers to appropriately apply performance and development principles and tools.
• Deliver high quality case management of all issues raised in line with policy and procedure
• Support managers in handling absence and capability issues in line with company procedures.
• Deliver day to day operational support and guidance to managers for employee relations, development, resourcing and reward
• Advising line managers to develop their knowledge & skill in dealing with people issues
• Lead the recruitment process, ensuring that vacancies are planned for and filled in line with practice and procedures
• Provide support in the delivery of HR projects

The ideal candidate:

Applicants will be ideally be CIPD Level 5 qualified with demonstrable HR experience ideally gained in a fast paced multi-site environment. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise a high volume and varied workload efficiently. With the ability to build strong working relationships, you will be diplomatic with excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
