Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading consultancy business based in Central Bristol, to recruit a talented externally focussed HR / ER Consultant on a permanent basis.

 

As part of a high performing team, you will be responsible for the delivery of International HR (Employment Law, Immigration, Compensation & Benefits, Stock Options, HR best practice) advice and solutions to a portfolio of external clients, based in the UK, Europe, U.S, South East Asia and India.

We are looking for you to possess experience of providing full HR Generalist advice / external HR consultancy services to an international client base. However, a strong HR Advisor / HR Business Partner within an international organisation would also be considered.

You will ideally possess 3+ years' experience in a Human Resources, employment law or professional services environment, ideally coupled with a Degree in a relevant subject. You will have a real passion for HR and a desire to develop in an international, customer centric environment. You will also have experience managing a variety of work demands, in a high-pressure environment and possess an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
