Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this niche business based in Central Bristol to recruit a talented HR / ER Advisor on a permanent basis.
Working with multiple client groups / business streams, you will be providing full generalist HR / ER / Employment Law advice and guidance across the board. The client groups vary in size and are based both in the UK as well as abroad. You will be used to providing pragmatic advice and guidance, assessing risk and thinking outside of the box when looking for a solution.
You will have a real passion for HR / ER / Employment Law with a desire to develop in a customer centric environment. You will also have experience managing a variety of work demands, in a high-pressure environment and possess an excellent standard of written and spoken English.
