Henlee Resourcing is working in partnership with this leading SME based near Chippenham to recruit an experienced Inhouse Recruiter on a permanent basis - Full time or four days / week.

 

As Talent Specialist, you will support all managers, providing a full 360 recruitment service from sourcing and attracting candidates, to interviewing, hiring and onboarding new employees. The ultimate aim is to ensure the business hires and retains the best employees and grows a strong talent pipeline, whilst establishing a direct hire model to drive down costs and improve time to hire.

Specifically, you will;

  • Source and recruit candidates by using adverts, CV databases, social media, industry channels, etc
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Develop a talent pipeline
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ newspapers/ colleges / agencies
  • Screen candidate CV's and job applications
  • Conduct telephone / Skype assessment interviews
  • Organise and run assessment centres and interviews for shortlisted candidates
  • Prepare offer letters, onboard new employees and create and co-ordinate the induction process
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to directors and managers
  • Promote your business as a "best place to work"
  • Any other adhoc projects as directed.

There is also an element of HR administration, helping your HR collegaues during busy periods by providing advice and guideance to colleagues around the business. Experince not essential but, this means a great chance to develop new skills in HR, if interested.

You MUST have experience working in an In-House / RPO environment and we require someone who is energetic, proactive, possesses exceptional customer service skills (with particular focus on the candidate and manager journey) and strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to communicate and advise all levels of seniority.
