Annapurna have partnered with a media company to find a HR Advisor to join the team.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will provide front line HR support for your client group.
Responsibilities will include:
- Employee relations
- Assisting the teams with recruitment - drafting of JDs, shortlisting applications, scheduling interviews
- Implement HR policies & procedures
- Employee inductions
- Absence management
- Salary benchmarking
- Exit interviews
- Support Head of HR in talent management
- Manage apprentice programmes
The ideal candidate must have HR generalist experience in a media/creative industry in the UK.
