My client a publishing business are looking to hire a HR Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract based in Central London.
Working in a busy HR team of 8 you will be reporting to the Senior Business supporting a client group of around 1000 staff. This is a generalist role but there will be a heavy focus around ER so you must be confident managing a high volume of ER cases from query to resolution. 60% of your role will be focused around ER and you will manage a broad remit of cases. My client are a complex matrixed organisations who recognise unions so you must have experience and feel confident working with unions to achieve the best outcome for staff. you will also be working with the Business Partner to increase performance throughout the business through employee engagement and change initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be immediately available and must have strong ER and change management skills. You must be a natural relationship builder who has a good understanding of UK employment law.
