What will be keeping you busy?

You will support the business with management (and above) hires across EMEA. You will also support the Head of Resourcing with key projects alongside the operational day to day aspects of a recruitment role.

They are after someone that truly understands what best practice looks like in an internal recruitment business partnering role. Not only will you ensure that they have effective recruitment processes in place, you will help the business to create a first-class candidate experience and develop new and creative ways of attracting the best people into the organisation.

The business is a brilliant place to work and they want someone who can help them shout about it and improve their employer brand. To this end they are looking for people that can really sell the business effectively to candidates.

Relationships internally and externally are a key component of this role. You will be customer service focused with a constant eye for improvement.

Upcoming projects will include working closely with the RPO to provide data on workforce planning and reviewing the PSL. There will be various other things for you to get involved with.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone that is truly passionate about talent acquisition and will come with a lot of fresh ideas and an ability to engage with key stakeholders at all levels. If there are things that you can identify need fixing, they encourage people to make improvements.

You will be recruiting roles at £50k and above but you do not need to have hired specific skill-sets. They can teach you all you need to know to hire into key verticals. If you have recruited for facilities management or data centre roles that would be a bonus but is not essential. It would help if you have some experience of recruiting internationally, specifically across the EMEA region. 

You will have a certain degree of gravitas and should be able to demonstrate a truly holistic approach to talent acquisition where you have created great value and return on investment for your previous employers.

If you are professional but also good humoured in your approach to work then you will fit right in with a fantastic team.
