Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 per annum + car allowance (£4K - £6k) + Bonus

My client, is a leading Professional Services business with employees on the ground across Europe and North America, they are seeking to hire a Junior HR Business Partner. Reporting to the Head of HR Business Partnering, the purpose of this role is to provide full HR support to a key business unit in London and several offices UK wide (circa headcount 800) as part of a team. This opportunity will focus mainly on the London business unit (minimal travel required), supporting a Sr HR Business Partner and working alongside the Jr HR Business Partner responsible on regional offices/ travelling to all sites).

This role requires a Junior HR Business Partner or a very experienced HR Advisor with strong generalist experience able to work at both an operational and strategic capacity.
This is an opportunity to work alongside and learn from a Sr HR Business Partner while still holding your own responsibility in the team. The role involves influencing senior stakeholders in the business, taking on and shaping the HR agenda in the business units advising the heads of department on key HR objectives while also providing guidance to employees on day to day HR queries. You will also be involved in developing change management strategies, translating into development activities and resource and culture plans. You will be involved in all general HR duties including talent pipelining and compensation reviews, managing ER cases, recruitment and talent, running the annual reward process,

The successful Jr HR Business Partner must have experience providing first class HR support within a commercial environment and have a proven track record of delivering results.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

 Development of change management strategies, translating into development activities, resource and culture plans
 Support the UK Head of HR Business Partner on the People Agenda and related initiatives for the business areas
 Ensure the delivery of exceptional service to clients in all activities
 Drive a high performance culture by challenging management teams to appropriately apply a breadth of performance and development principles when making people planning decisions and strategies
 Act as an enabler in building organisational capability through leadership/staff review, talent pipelines and compensation reviews
 Take ownership of all employee relations cases, trade union discussions and other areas where HR expertise is required to minimise risk, with the support of the HR Advisor
 Act as the employment legal expert and provide timely advice on matters, following-up with managers to make sure their intervention has been successful
 Ensure that managers have the tools and access to advice needed; be visible
 Work with the Recruitment & Talent Lead with processes to drive the growth of internal capability, progression of key internal talent and cost-effective recruitment of external talent
 Run an lead the annual reward process

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

 Experience working within Real Estate/Financial Services background would be an advantage
 Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and strong proven business partnering capability
 Client centric, takes a true business partner approach
 Creative problem-solving skills, ability to manage complex change issues
 Demonstrated ability to develop proven HR programs that align to business strategies
 Commercial acumen and a pragmatic approach
 A strong team player and ability to see big picture
 Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people of all levels of seniority
 Proven track record in leading and managing change programmes
 Exemplary people manager
