**£65,000 HR Business Partner**
My client is a rapidly growing organisation operating across various technology sectors, they are looking for a HRBP to join the team. They need someone commercially astute and someone who is able to add real value to the organisation. The role will report in the Group HR Director.
This role will play a key role in the talent cycle within the organisation's plans for growth as well as involving elements of travel.
- Demonstrable successful background as a business partner.
- Experience dealing with the talent cycle
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and growing organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Preferably strong experience within the technology sector.
- Experience working within an SME enviroment or slightly larger.
