This is a growth tech business of circa 200 people across 4/5 European offices- London is the HQ, but they have 2 offices in France and across a number of other countries. They are an online platform, who also have a number of products, operating across 22 countries.
Currently, they are looking for a Recruiter on a 6 month contract to support them during a busy phase- responsible for managing the process for a wide variety of roles that need to be recruited- including specialist technical roles, and quite a large number of sales role- however not limited to this.
This role would ideal for a recruiter whether they come straight from agency, or In-house- who is fast paced, successful at taking ownership for the entire recruitment process, working with hiring managers closely to deliver what they need. This will be achieved through lots of methods- currently there is a dependency on agency which the organisation would like to work to changing and bringing in talent directly. Of course, this is not always possible- however it is important that the recruiter has a passion for direct sourcing- and how the external brand fits with this also. At the moment, the organisation is recruiting about 30 roles at any one time- many of these roles are the same specification so another skill for them will also be around developing talent networks in roles with higher volume.
You must be tenacious, and have the drive to make sure that projects are seen through to completion- working closely with colleagues in HR to deliver a great recruitment service to the business. It would be really advantageous if you can speak another European language, but is not a requirement to be considered. They would really like someone who can demonstrate recruiting across different disciplines- and at varying levels- a real all rounder in terms of recruitment experience.
