Senior HR Manager
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a high growth technology company in Central London and lead the UK business.
With HQ in the USA, the Senior HR Manager will lead a small team and oversees all people strategies for the companies two UK offices.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Lead People strategy for the UK
- Coach and advise managers
- Employee engagement
- Performance management
- Salary Review and benchmarking
- Employee relations
- Manage and develop HR team
The ideal candidate will have extensive UK HR generalist experience and have led a team. Experience of Business Partnering a sales function is also required.
