I am working with a great company who are looking for a permanent Recruitment Officer to join them on a permanent basis. The role will be working closely with the Recruitment Manager to assist in providing effective recruitment from start to finish. You need to have previous recruitment experience either gained from an agency environment or from in-house. This is a fast paced, high volume role and varied role so you need to be able to juggle multiple things at once. This role includes but is not limited to:Supporting the design and delivery of clear resourcing strategy and process for the particularWorking closely with the hiring managers to fully understand the requirements of the role and to maintain engagement with the stakeholdersManage all roles end to end effectively from taking the initial brief through to hireCoordinate feedback to candidates and third parties/agenciesManage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process to ensure it is a positive experience for all.
